This is a high twist yarn with a bronze sparkle running through it. This gives the base a slightly warm colour. The twist makes it a perfect sock yarn giving the yarn robustness and spring. It sucks up the dye, and speckles really well, it also works nicely for glazing techniques. Please see the notes on dyeing stellina here. The wool in this yarn is Okeo-Tex, but the stellina is not certified hence the lack of certification for this yarn. The fabric knitted in this yarn is really bouncy and soft, it makes the best socks ever. Also suitable for pretty much anything you can think of!
