When ordering fabric with us please choose carefully and understand that the colours that appear on your device may not be accurate representations of the fabric in store. Any fabric ordered and cut, unless there is a fault with the fabric itself, can not be returned.
If a purchase is received by you in damaged condition please contact us at email@example.com with photos as proof of damage on receipt. These will then be assessed and if deemed damaged as a result of despatch to you by us a refund will be issued.
The decision to issue either a refund or not to issue a refund will be final and complete with no further correspondence to be entered into.
