Used with a needle felting tool, this mat enables smooth and easy needle felting

Simply place your base fabric on top of the mat, then place your felt motif or roving on top of the base fabric.

Hold the felting needle upright and poke up and down until the felt motif or roving and the base fabric fibers mesh together.
